Imperial Jasper Bib Necklace

This elegant necklace was made with a collection of large oval and paisley shaped imperial jasper focal beads, Czech glass gold bicone beads, and two different sizes and color of Japanese seed beads.

The seed beads were braided in a textured spiral pattern using the ancient art of kumihimo braiding.  The larger seed beads are in Silver Lined Frosted Dark Topaz color and the smaller beads are in Matte Silver Lined Dark Emerald color.  Alternating Czech glass gold bicone beads (6 mm) and the large oval and paisley shaped imperial jasper beads (1.75 – 2 inches long) make up the focal point of this necklace.

The necklace was finished with gold plated clasp and measures 21.5 inches long.  It goes perfectly well with gold earrings and is a great statement necklace to wear for any occasion.
